The FitLot Outdoor Fitness Park: This AARP Sponsored Park was planned and organized by FitLot, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities find the resources they need to plan, build, and program their own outdoor fitness parks.

7.5 acres at 800 Oakland Avenue (Oakland and Maxwell Streets) offers 4 basketball goals, a baseball/softball practice field, a playground, Community Center, and a quarter-mile walking track.

Lawton Chase House558 Spruce Street

The Lawton Chase House may be used for receptions, dinners, meetings, presentations, corporate events, weddings, and other approved events.  The LCH is unable to rent for fundraising events (unless the event is non-profit and pertains to the overall mission of the city) or for partisan political activities or events, events endorsing a candidate actively running for public office or for campaigning purposes.
