FLORENCE, SC – The City of Florence precautionary boil water advisory for the water customers located in the 400-800 blocks of South Church Street, 400-800 blocks of South Barringer Street, 300 block of Ervin Street, East Campbell Street, Prince Street, Noble Street, 200 block of East Elm Street, 400-700 block of Jarrott Street, and the 400 block of Railroad Avenue is lifted.
Following intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by the City of Florence. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
