FLORENCE, SC – The City of Florence precautionary boil water advisory for the customers located in the 1600-1800 Blocks of Gregg Avenue, Central Drive, 100 Block of South Aiken Drive and Queens Road is lifted.
Following intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by the City of Florence. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
