Attention City of Florence Residential Rental Property Owners!

REMINDER TO CITY OF FLORENCE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS!

If you haven’t done so already, be sure to submit your rental permit application and payment for 2024-2025!

In accordance with Ordinance 2022-10, rental permit applications and payments received after August 29, 2024 (60 days) will be subject to fees. After September 28, 2024 (90 days), a uniform ordinance summons to court will be issued to the property owner.
