Attention! Important Information Impacting City of Florence Operating Systems!

Due to a system upgrade, certain City operating systems will be unavailable starting January 17th at 12:00 pm.

Affected processes include:

• Utility Finance: No cash or check payments. Credit/debit card payments will still be accepted. 
• Human Resources: Employment applications will not be accepted.
• Permitting: Unable to process any payments or applications.
• Business License: Unable to process any payments or applications. 

All other departments will be functioning as normal.

Systems are expected to be back online on Tuesday, January 21st at 8:30 am.
