O.W.L.S Yin Yoga
9:30 am to 10:30 am
Join Anne each Thursday morning to practice Yin Yoga. This type of Yoga is great for deep stretching of the muscles, improving flexibility, and increasing circulation. This class is offered to those 50 or older.
This program is offered to Lifelong Recreation and OWLS members. To become a member there is a $12 annual fee due in January. To become a member visit us at 513 Barnes Street Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM.
Masks and temperature checks are required.
