Maple Basic Yoga
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
This program is held each Tuesday from 10:00AM-11:15AM at the Maple Park Community Center. Participants must be a member of the Wellness Program, Lifelong Recreation, or OWLS programs. To become a member there is a $12 membership fee. This fee can be paid with exact change at the community center or by coming to the Recreation Services Administrative office at 513 Barnes Street.
