City offices will be closed today, July 4th for the Independence Day Holiday. 

     
Sanitation will run normal garbage and recycling routes. No yard waste will be collected.

Please remember that while fireworks are allowed on private property within city limits starting at 10am today, July 4th, they must cease by 12:30am on July 5th. After this time, all types of fireworks will be prohibited for firing, shooting, discharging, or igniting under Section 8-3 of the City of Florence Code of Ordinances.
