Adult Basketball
The City of Florence every year host an Adult Basketball league. The league is split up into an Industrial Division and an Open Division. All games are held at the Pearl Moore Basketball Center.
2024-2025 Adult Basketball League Information
Registration: December 2, 2024 - January 2, 2025
Mandatory Team Captains Meeting - January 8th at 6:30pm at the Pearl Moore Basketball Center
Practices - January 11 and 12
Season will run January 18 - March 15

Adult Kickball
The City of Florence Recreation Department offers kickball opportunities for adults. Teams may register at the Administrative Offices of the Recreation Department at the Barnes Street Activity Center or online.
ADULT KICKBALL PROGRAM
2024 Summer League Information - Registration has ended.
- Leagues Offered: Adult Open
- Registration Fee: $500 for team
- Team Rep meeting July 8, 2024 at 7pm at Freedom Florence Recreation Upper Complex Press Box
- Games will begin July 9th and will run through August 1st. Playoffs will begin August 5th.
DIVISION INFO
- Adult league games will be played on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings
TEAM INFO
- Teams must field at least six players and no more than ten. Teams must have a minimum of 3 players of each gender.
- Teams may have a maximum of twenty players on the roster.
- The kicking order must alternate in gender, ie. male, female, male, female, etc.
- Male to Female ratio must remain equal at all times.

Adult Softball
The City of Florence Recreation Department offers a variety of softball opportunities for adults that include Co-Ed and Men's Open Leagues. Teams may register online or at the Administrative Offices of the Recreation Department at the Barnes Street Activity Center. For more information, send an email to dowens@cityofflorence.com.

- Registration: August 1 - September 1

- Balls will be provided.
- Bats must be USA Softball approved.
- All teams will register with USA Softball ($25 per team).

Timrod Pickleball Courts
- located at 400 Timrod Park Drive
Florence Pickleball Club Times:
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 pm
Saturday at 8:00 am
Sunday at 6:00 pm
Facility is open for public access Sunday through Saturday unless reserved for tournament play
Pearl Moore Basketball Center
- located at 500 Barnes Street
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm
